How ISAGRI put Claude into production in its software development

A hands-on build workshop and embedded support: AI Partners took every role in ISAGRI's software development into production on Claude Code and Claude Cowork, from product managers to testers, with a full development chain running on Claude Code at Geofolia.
5 to 10
code contributions per developer per week, up from 1 to 5
−30% to −50%
time from idea to development-ready specification
80%
of code now produced with AI, with no increase in pull request size
Industry: Software publisher for the agricultural sector.
The challenge: ISAGRI's CTO wanted AI to become the standard way of building its software. Usage was individual and uneven across teams, with no shared method.
The solution: A production deployment of Claude solutions across three product teams: Geofolia, Gestion Commerciale and Bobbee. Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork and Claude Design are used by around fifty people: product managers, designers, developers and testers. The teams designed and delivered 7 agents, a catalogue of Claude skills and connections to their everyday tools.

The challenge
Groupe ISAGRI builds management software for farms. Its CTO set a clear ambition: change the way software is built by putting AI at the heart of development, and bring AI agents into the group's strategic products for 2026 and 2027.
At the start, the picture varied widely between teams:
The goal: make every role in software development more efficient with Claude, on ISAGRI's own products, with a model built to scale to more than 500 people.
The solution
AI Partners delivered the deployment over two months, around three levers:
1
Training
sessions on AI applied to code and products, followed by 8 technical sessions on AI-powered document search (RAG), MCP connectors and agent architecture.
2
A three-day build workshop
the Build Together, bringing the three teams together on their own software and use cases.
3
On-the-ground support
one AI Partners consultant embedded day to day in each team, with a technical expert shared across all three.
The key decision was to train and equip the whole team, across every role, not just developers, with a path adapted to each team's level. Each role received the Claude tool suited to its work, from Claude Code for developers and testers to Claude Design for designers.
Every process was mapped and assessed, then the highest-value tasks were automated with agents, Claude skills (business know-how that Claude applies automatically) and connections to existing tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, Figma, Playwright, GitHub and Teams. In total, 65 deliverables were built with the teams.
The results
The chain is in production and used daily by all four roles.
At Bobbee, nearly the whole team now uses AI regularly, with Claude agents for prioritising features, writing specifications and acceptance criteria, and generating test scenarios.
At Gestion Commerciale, developers were already highly advanced. The engagement therefore equipped upstream product work, design, testing and architecture, with dedicated workshops for architects.
Next
The deployment also revealed a major lesson: as development speeds up, the bottleneck moves upstream, to product managers.
These results underpin the roadmap presented to ISAGRI's executive committee: equip, spread and organise, in four stages, to scale from 30 to more than 500 people.
"Without AI, I doubt we would have managed to build everything we did on the intervention log and the side panel."
