Use Case

FDJ United – Kindred structures an AI adoption model for 7,000 employees

FDJ United – Kindred aimed to structure AI adoption at the group level and avoid fragmented scaling across its international entities. AI Partners designed a phased deployment model to train teams, align practices, and establish a sustainable, measurable, and replicable framework.
“The most valuable aspect of this training was the balance between theory and practice. The interactive exercises, real-life scenarios, and prompt engineering work helped me better understand how to use AI effectively in my day-to-day work.”

The challenges

FDJ United – Kindred needed to build a shared AI adoption model to avoid siloed practices, strengthen prompt culture, and enable consistent governance across the group.

Fragmented adoption

The group’s 7,000 employees made limited use of KAIT GPT due to the lack of a shared prompt culture across international sites.

Risk of dispersion

Without a structured and measurable model, each site would develop its own AI practices in isolation, making group-level governance impossible.

Upskilling

Teams needed a common framework to understand best practices, security considerations, and business use cases.

Scaling

The goal was to build a sustainable model capable of being deployed progressively over several years.

The solution

AI Partners structured a two-phase approach to test, measure, and scale AI adoption across the group within a unified framework.
01

Phase 1 – Pilot (2025)

140 employees trained across 4 sites through a Navigator program focused on prompt engineering, security, and business use cases on KAIT GPT.
02

Phase 2 – Scale (2026–2027)

Rollout to 7,000 employees over 3 years through a 3-tier framework: Navigators, Innovators, Architects.
03

Governance

Continuous impact tracking using metrics such as Prompt Literacy, DAU, and CSAT to adjust and secure the rollout.
